Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What happens in a coaching session?
Each session is a safe, confidential space for you to explore your desires, challenges, and goals. I guide you through practices, reflections, and embodiment tools that help you reconnect with your body, release old patterns, and discover new possibilities for intimacy, pleasure, and aliveness.

  2. Do I need to be in a relationship to work with you?
No. Many of my clients are single and want to deepen their connection with themselves before entering a relationship. Others come as couples looking to rekindle intimacy, improve communication, or explore new dimensions of pleasure together.

  3. Will we do sexual practices together?
No. This is coaching, not sexual activity. While I guide you in embodiment practices, breathwork, and self-pleasure assignments you can explore on your own, everything happens within a professional, safe, and non-sexual container. You are always fully clothed in our sessions.

  4. What kinds of practices might we do in a session?
We may explore breathwork, guided meditation, embodiment exercises, communication practices, or self-awareness tools. At times, I’ll invite you to try at-home practices, like journaling, mindful touch, or intimacy rituals with a partner. Everything is an invitation, never a requirement, and always done at your pace.

  5. I feel shy talking about intimacy, will this be too confronting?
It’s natural to feel nervous at first. My role is to create a compassionate space where you can move at your own pace. Many clients find that the very things they feared speaking about become sources of freedom and empowerment once given gentle attention.

  6. How is your work different from traditional therapy?
Therapy often focuses on the past, while coaching emphasizes present-moment experience and creating new possibilities. My approach blends coaching with somatic (body-based) practices, Tantra, the Erotic Blueprint™, and personal development tools to help you embody change, not just talk about it.

  7. How long will it take before I notice results?
Every journey is unique, but many clients notice shifts even after the first session, whether it’s a new perspective, deeper awareness, or a felt sense of relief. For lasting transformation, I often recommend a series of sessions to allow integration and sustained growth.

  8. Is this private?
Yes. Everything you share is held in full confidentiality. Your trust and safety are the foundation of our work together.

  9. How do I know if this is right for me?
If you feel drawn to live with more pleasure, intimacy, and freedom, but aren’t sure how to get there, this work can support you. A free discovery call is the best way to feel into whether we’re a good match.

  10. Do you work online or in person?
Most sessions are online (Zoom), so you can join from anywhere in the world in the privacy of your own space. If you are local or traveling near me, in-person sessions may be possible by arrangement.

  11. How long is a session?
Sessions are usually 60 minutes. Longer or custom sessions can be arranged.

  12. What do I need to prepare before a session?
Bring yourself as you are. You may want a quiet, private space, a journal, and water or tea. Comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in is recommended, as some practices involve gentle movement or breathwork.

  13. How often should I book sessions?
That depends on your goals. Some people prefer weekly support, others every two weeks or monthly. Together, we’ll create a rhythm that supports your growth and integration.

  14. What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be charged.
